Impact Specialist Digital Health

RemoteUnited Kingdom, London, City of, London

Job description

Imagine the impact you could have on improving healthcare (globally)...

Are you ready to show the true impact of digital health? We have a great opportunity for a special individual to join us as an impact specialist to support NHS organisations maximise the impact they have when using Luscii. We want to make Luscii available to as many patients as possible through our partner organisations in the NHS (or private) and to make sure everyone has access to the best possible care. Anywhere, anytime, anyhow.

All Lusciians are passionate about healthcare. We always see opportunities to innovate, to improve and to create space for care, allowing NHS healthcare professionals more bandwidth to provide real attention for those in need. We have developed a world-class remote patient monitoring platform that is used in 7 countries and are the market leader in The Netherlands. We have the same ambition for Luscii in the UK and are already helping NHS professionals and patients throughout the country. Care at home in Sunderland (see video) shows a real-life example of how Luscii can impact people’s lives. We work closely together with ICS organisations, helping them to reach their visions of deploying digitally enabled care pathways across multiple organisations, as seen through the recent NHSx partnership award, ultimately helping to create one of the major redesigns in the recent history of the NHS.

We are looking for an energised impact specialist who can be a true partner for healthcare professionals in redesigning and improving care pathways using remote patient monitoring. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges, loves learning, is hands-on and knows how to navigate within NHS organisations.

What makes this all interesting?

You’re going to work in an international (18 nationalities) scale-up environment, while interacting with healthcare professionals on a daily basis. Together with our team (including medical professionals) you’re implementing and optimising the use of Luscii, while also spotting other opportunities for the use of our platform.

Patient and clinician stories underline the direct impact of your work, making it very tangible. The Luscii platform already supports 40 different care pathways and can be used in acute and community care. We partner with medical professionals to develop the best programs and make that available to other users around the world.

Your daily activities include implementing new care pathways, supporting organisations towards more adoption and talking with trusts interested to embark on the digital health journey.

Together with the international growth circle you will determine the growth and implementation choices, ensuring that we continue to have a solid impact, while growing the organisation. The role is a combination of collaborating with existing customers and interacting with new customers to encourage them to start using Luscii.

Still not convinced? What else:

  • We have flexible working hours and you’re the owner of your own diary in accordance with the necessary customer meetings.
  • We are (all) working fully remote and this will be the case for the future as well. (for this role it is important that you live in the UK already)
  • We're a Holacracy organisation; responsibility, freedom and autonomy
  • Monthly company activities organised by our culture creators
  • Possibilities for visiting conferences or taking courses
  • We have a 4-day workweek (meaning people get paid for five but work 4 days)
  • We work completely remotely, but you can organize your own flexible workspace if you want (like some of our colleagues did by hiring a space in Utrecht and another group that lives in another country during the cold Dutch winters)
  • We also organize Luscii events on a regular basis so that we keep meeting each other.
  • A lot of effort in helping YOU grow, e.g. 4% of your salary to spend freely on personal development

Job requirements

We want to be the best in our field. So we embrace learning and getting better every day. This goes for our products, but also our people. At Luscii, we don’t have to motivate you to keep track of relevant developments in the field of digital health and transformation.

Before diving into our 'wishlist', an important thing to mention is that Luscii is based on teamplay. So we don't look for heroes (only on the dance floor....) but for people who really like to be part of a (international) team that goes the extra mile for each other.

Our ideal candidate:

  • has a passion for (digital) healthcare
  • is a trustworthy partner for healthcare professionals
  • understands the health system in the UK
  • inspires people to change for the better
  • loves to be a part in the action of digital change
  • has experience with project/territory management and implementation of digital tech/devices
  • inspires teammates with simple and clear communication
  • breathes agile
