Less hassle without managers so Luscii grows faster – Joris Janssen

Joris eaned his PhD with honors in artificial intelligence from Eindhoven University of Technology and Stanford University. He is the inventor of three patents and has worked for large and small companies in digital healthcare, which inspired him to radically restructure teams and organizations. 

As co-founder of health tech scale-up Luscii, he is the architect of the company’s innovative organizational structure. He co-authored the book “Green On: The Most Fun and Productive Way of Working” with Daan Dohmen and three special forces personnel. In addition to his work at Luscii, Joris advises ambitious startups and scale-ups on self-organization, strategy, and product development.
