What was your journey to Luscii?
I have always had a strong passion for healthcare and the wish to make a meaningful impact through my work. Over the years, I have had the privilege to contribute to improving care in hospitals, GP practices and private clinics, experiencing many different parts of the healthcare arena. In each of these roles, I felt deeply aligned with my core values of serving patients and improving care. When Luscii crossed my path, I was immediately inspired by its scale-up energy, an environment where experimentation, freedom, and responsibility thrive. The opportunity to combine purpose-driven work with an innovative and dynamic culture made Luscii the perfect next step for me.
What motivates you most about working here?
What motivates me most is the shared purpose of “creating space for care.” Every colleague brings talent, creativity, and commitment and together we push boundaries to improve healthcare. The freedom and trust I experience here enable me to contribute in ways that feel meaningful and effective. I am energised by the balance of personal responsibility and collective teamwork. How does working in holacracy affect your role and responsibilities?
Holacracy gives me a clear framework and shared strategy, while also providing great freedom to act. I can take initiative and make decisions quickly, knowing they are aligned with our common goals. At the same time, the structure ensures that I stay connected and coordinated with my colleagues. This creates a culture where freedom and accountability go hand in hand. It enables both me and Luscii as a whole to move fast and respond effectively to new challenges.
