How does Luscii support your growth and learning?

Because we are working in a holacracy structure within Luscii, we can do multiple roles in multiple circles (focus areas) instead of just 1 job. Therefore you can try out different roles and focus areas quite easily.
For me, this resulted in trying out many completely different roles to find out what I really like to do. I’ve done business, customer and support focussed roles, and now I’m mainly focussing on testing within product development teams and roles with focus on internal culture. There is always something to learn and I found out that I really like working on our product and being part of these teams.

How does working in holacracy affect your role and responsibilities?

It gives me a lot of variety in the things I do, which I really like. At first, I had to find my way in prioritising these different roles and tasks, but you’ll find your way. It’s clear what can be expected from your roles and most importantly, what cannot be expected, which I really like as well.
